More About Zermatt Unplugged Festival
A festival held in one of the most famous winter tourism destinations.
It was founded in 2007, and over the years, it became one of the most influential festivals of this kind of music in this part of Europe.
Since it was launched, headliners have been OneRepublic, Alanis Morissette, Billy Idol, Suzanne Vega, Mando Diao, and many more.
Locations and Venues
Zermatt Unplugged is at several venues/stages, and they all usually present around 50 – 60 performers.
The most important stages are the Marquee stage, the Club Vernissage, the Mont Cervin Palace, the Sunnegga Sessions, and the Matterhorn glacier ski area cabin – more than 3000 meters above sea level!
This festival is an opportunity to visit one of Switzerland’s finest ski resorts, followed by fantastic music and an atmosphere.
It’s unique, charming and it will probably make you return because it has this “wow” factor.
