About Vijazz

Vijazz brings together the best wines and the best jazz.

An annual event since 2007 usually takes place on the first weekend of July in Vilafranca del Penedès (on the outskirts of Barcelona).

In addition to great jazz, you can enjoy wine and cava tastings as well.

Few things combine better than wine, cava, and music, as Vijazz has proven.

The city’s historic centre is transformed during three intense days and welcomes visitors with open arms.

Enjoy and learn more about the superb local wines while listening to free outdoor concerts from some great jazz artists.

As a festival, the Banco Sabadell Penedès Vijazz has a reputation as one of the best music festivals of its kind.

Vijazz is among the leading jazz festivals in Europe, and what’s even more remarkable is that a celebration of this quality is free.

Vijazz Food, Wine and Cava

Sample up to 300 wines and cava from the best wineries in the Penedès.

Over 40 regional producers will bring wine and cava to the tasting space of the Festival Banc Sabadell Vijazz Penedès.

Here you’ll also find cuisine from various food caravans offering pizza, vegetarian food, cakes and empanadas, ice cream, pancakes and traditional food.
