Stuttgart Springfest is a family friendly funfair with a huge range of stalls and rides and the famous beer tents.
Held over 3 weeks in spring, it’s one of the biggest spring festivals in Europe.
Wednesday’s are family days when there a lots of concessions offered plus plenty of surprises for the little ones.
Festival tents are the place to enjoy good food and wine, while the Traders’ market is the place to indulge in a little shopping away from the hustle and bustle.
Your Springfest landlords are there to entertain you and will provide you with tasty food and plenty of good beer and cheer!
The Major of Stuttgart will officially open the Stuttgart Springfest with the traditional keg tapping on Saturday in the festival tent “Zum Wasenwirt”.
Wednesdays are designated Family Days.
In addition to the main festival events, each of the festival tents offers a full program of events.
The Springfest closes with a fabulous fireworks display.

As the festival site is easy to reach, you can choose between staying in the center of Stuttgart or in Bad Cannstatt near the festival site, Cannstatter Wasen.

It’s held at the Cannstatter Wasen in Bad Cannstatt, an outer suburb of Stuttgart.
Stuttgart Airport is approximately 25-km away and there is a direct train service running to the festival site.
Parking is limited so taking public transport to the festival venue is a good option.
