Blue Wave festival with a host of jazz artists are one of the most popular events during the year and gathers large audience in Binz If you want to experience Blue Wave festival so book your hotel in Binz as soon as possible. Störtbeker Festival
A big show, during the summer on Rugen, is the annual Störtebeker Festival in Ralswiek.
Games Mondays to Saturdays during the period middle of June til first week of September.
Störtbeker is played both on land and on the water with over 150 participants, 4 ships, 30 horses and lot special effects.
Each evening also includes a fireworks display.
