On Breitscheidplatz, you can find an excellent Christmas market between the Memorial Church “Kaiser Wilhelm Gedächtniskirche” and the great shopping centre Europa Center.
If you walk a few hundred meters on Tauentzienstrasse, you’ll come to KaDeWe at Wittenberg Platz, Europe’s largest department store.
From Wittenberg Platz, you can then take the U-Bahn 2 to “Stadt Mitte” and Gendarmenmarkt.
U2 goes even further to Alexanderplatz, where you are close to the markets at the Town Hall and Alexanderplatz.
Then you can also go with U2 to station “Eberswalder Strasse” and visit Lucia market at “Kulturbrauhaus.”
