Going to the Christmas Market is a great tradition in Germany; every city has at least one.
Berlin has around 60 Christmas markets.
Most Christmas markets usually start on the last Monday in November.
Some go on to the end of December, and some even a few days into January.
The most well-known and a few more unknown
Here are the most famous Christmas markets in the centre of Berlin: Gendarmenmarkt, Alexanderplatz, and outside the Red Town Hall.
Even some exciting, perhaps less known little outside the centre: Spandau and Lucia market.
