Zermatt Unplugged is annually held at several venues/stages, and they all usually present around 50-60 performers.
The most important stages are the Marquee stage, the Club Vernissage, the Mont Cervin Palace, the Sunnegga Sessions, and the cabin at the Matterhorn glacier ski area – more than 3000 meters above the sea level!
They played a piano at more than 3000m above the sea level
It is important to mention a performance at the Matterhorn Glacier ski area at an altitude of 3030 meters above the sea level;
A helicopter brought a grand piano – and this performance of the Ronnie Scott’s All Stars is believed to be a world record.
Zermatt Unplugged is not like other music festivals
It’s more than that. It is an opportunity to visit one of Switzerland’s finest ski resorts, followed by an amazing music and an atmosphere that only a ski resort can offer, and this festival is growing year after year.
It’s unique, charming and it’ll make you return once you visit it because, well, it’s simply has this “wow” factor.
